• All Loyalty Program prize redemptions are subject to owner approval.

• Once redeemed, a representative of Mayfair Hospitality will reach out to you within 24-48 hours to help you redeem your prize

• All hotel reservations must be made at minimum 1 week in advance

• All hotel reservations are subject to blackout dates and availability

• All private and VIP reservations must be made at minimum 2 weeks in advance

• All private events and hotel accomodations are subject to availability

• The Airbnb getaway package is redeemable as a $500 Airbnb gift card

• All gift cards and game vouchers (Triple Play Pass and 1 Hour of Unlimited Gaming) must be picked up in person by you or an approved representative at ROAR in Winston-Salem or Rock Hill

• Carolina Panthers Package is not to exceed $600 in total cost

• Demon Deacon Package is not to exceed $400 in total cost
